Message Check

One hour. Your chat. Your situation.

You've read the conversation three times, looking for the moment it turned. He was warm, then vague. Or he made a joke, and somehow you ended up explaining yourself.

In a Message Check we look at that conversation together and separate what he actually wrote from what you filled in. Because those two feel identical while you're reading.

How this looks in practice

Her: Can you give me a day? "Sometime this week" is hard to plan around.
Him: lol okay, so demanding 😄 I've got a life too you know

Reading it, it sounds like a joke, and you start explaining yourself. What he's actually doing is turning your request into the problem instead of answering it. In a session we find exactly these moments and look at what you could write instead.

What clients say
„What stood out most was her ability
to get me to visualise problems and situations in a way that made me
see them in a completely new light.“

How it works

Sixty minutes, one conversation, and a clear view of what's actually in it.

Before
You send me your chat. I read it before you explain it to me.

In the session
Sixty minutes on Zoom. We go through it line by line: what's actually there, what you added, and what you could have asked instead.

After
You know what the conversation says, and what you'll write next. Or that you don't need to write anything at all.

Send me your chat at least 48 hours before our session. Same for cancelling or rescheduling.
